Things to bring for better boarding experience
WHAT TO BRING WHEN YOU BOARD AT KRITTER KASTLE
Medications your pet is currently taking, along with written instructions for our technicians and assistants to follow.
Provide feeding times and amounts with your pet's food, as well as any other instructions to accommodate your pet's specific needs.
Please refrain from bringing toys and bedding from home; we cannot always guarantee their safe return.
UPON ARRIVAL AT KRITTER KASTLE
Make sure we have your pet’s most up-to-date vaccination records from your vet. These can be emailed, faxed, or texted to us directly
Bring your pet’s food, treats, and medication from home. We want them to keep on their regular diets to prevent tummy issues.
We will ask about feeding and medication times and amounts with your pet’s food, as well as any other instructions to accommodate your pet’s specific needs.
Please refrain from bringing toys and bedding that you are worried about becoming damaged at our facility; we cannot always guarantee it coming back in the same condition it arrived in.
For their safety and the safety of other pets, please make sure dogs are on a secure leash and cats are in a crate.
Dogs
Bring your dog’s favorite travel toys, bones, and treats!
Bring something that smells like home that they can have in their kennel, like an old t-shirt!
Please bring your dog’s regular diet from home. If you forget their food, no need to run back home- we will provide our food if necessary!
We have blankets, cots, and beds, but you are welcome to bring some bedding from home.
Let us know if your dog is on any medications, we will keep them on their daily schedule.
Please make sure to bring dogs in on a secure collar/harness with a leash to make the check in process goes smoothly. All leashes, harnesses, and collars will be removed in their kennels and placed in their own basket for their safety.
Cats
Bring your cat’s favorite travel toys and treats!
Please bring your cat’s regular canned or dry food from home. We can provide food for them if it’s forgotten.
Let us know if your cat is on any medications, we will keep them on their daily schedule.
We usually provide litter and litterboxes, but if your kitty is picky on their litter, you are more than welcome to bring your own!
Our cat room has cat scratching posts, hidey boxes, tunnels, and plenty of toys and catnip! You are more than welcome to bring some of their other favorite items from home.
Please make sure to bring kitties in a crate to ensure their safety. Any leashes, harnesses or collars will be taken off at drop off.

Saturday: 8:00am- 12:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm- 5:00pm
We will be closed on ALL major holidays. We will still have staff here to take care of your furry family members during this time. These holidays include New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
